Wood*ing wild food lab is a research laboratory on the gathering, conservation and use of wild food in the kitchen. We pick, classify , analyse, conserve and cook vegetables or part of these considered edible and suitable for human use.
We offer consultancies, foraging and cooking courses, sampling menus of wholly wild plants, seminars and conferences.
Our research is carried out with extreme attention and respect towards ecosystems entering into the themes of a POSSIBLE AND REAL alimentary defense which conjugates in its underlining, the cultural identity of the areas and of past and present times, our social history, the importance of spontaneous natural biodiversity of our country and of the ancient traditions belonging to our culture.
