How to get to us
Val Masino is a treasure trove of natural wonders to be respected and protected. We therefore invite you to reach the area, if possible, with the public transport service, implemented during the days of the event. The STPS line coaches will leave from/to Morbegno coinciding with the trains coming from/directed to Milan Central Station.
Browse STPS line timetable Participants who will not make the journey by train but with their own vehicle can respectfully park in the Municipality of Ardenno (
see map) and then take the scheduled bus to reach Val Masino at the times indicated in the table (Ardenno stops).
We count on your collaboration so as not to saturate the Val Masino area with cars.
Once you arrive in Val Masino, you are all invited to move on foot, paying attention to the hidden stone jewels and enjoying the beautiful natural landscape.
Train: - From Milano Central station, line Lecco/Sondrio/Tirano, stop station Morbegno
- From Svizzera line Saint Moritz/Tirano, Tirano/Morbegno, stop station Morbegno AT Morbegno rail station take the bus for Val Masino
Bus: From Morbegno: Bus STPS – line A20 (Morbegno-Ardenno-Val Masino), look at the timetable (link to Melloblocco)
- From Milan take SS 36 to Lecco-Sondrio (90 km); at Colico SS 38 to Sondrio, at Ardenno turn left after Masino river bridge.
- From Como/Lugano to Menaggio/Gravedona SS 340 to Colico; at Colico SS 38 to Sondrio, at Ardenno turn left after Masino river bridge.
- From Bergamo to Passo S.Marco or to Lecco.
- From St. Moritz to Passo Maloja, Chiavenna, Morbegno or From Passo del Bernina and Sondrio
- From Passo Spluga to Chiavenna and Morbegno.
- From Austria to Passo dello Stelvio
